St. Patrick’s Drive Extension

The St. Patrick’s Drive Extension project will connect Perimeter Road to N. Perry Parkway alongside I-75 North. This project will position northwest Perry for increased commercial and mixed-use development.

There are many acres of unused land north of St. Patrick’s Drive and south of N. Perry Parkway that can be accessed and utilized with the right infrastructure in place. An extension of St. Patrick’s Drive will provide space for economic development and continued growth for Houston County.

We expect the St. Patrick’s Drive Extension project to have all committed SPLOST funds available by Q4 of 2026.
