Commodore Drive Design and Engineering

The Commodore Drive Design and Engineering project will fund phase one of extending Commodore Drive in Perry, GA, to intersect Saddlecreek Road near US Highway 341. Currently, Commodore Drive ends at the Davis Farm Fire Station. Extending this road will provide more access to residential areas, open up more development opportunities, and help improve the flow of traffic to and from GA-127 and US Highway 341.

Funding for this project will not go toward road construction. Instead, it will cover the cost of road design, engineering, and right-of-way acquisition.

We expect the Commodore Drive Design and Engineering project to have all committed SPLOST funds available by Q3 of 2028.
